Our property is situated along the Ciclopedonale, the recently built cycle and pedestrian path. Please note that the final stretch to the property by car is also part of this path.

To avoid driving during the peak times on the cycle path and to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival and departure, our reception is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM for departures and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for arrivals.

Arriving late or hoping to extend your stay? For a €160 surcharge, you can take advantage of our late check-in option from 7:00 PM to midnight on the day of your arrival. Alternatively, for a €260 surcharge, our late check-out option allows you to enjoy your holiday apartment until 3:00 PM on the day of departure.

To ensure a smooth and proper welcome, we kindly ask that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. A security deposit will be required upon check-in, which will be fully refunded upon departure.

Each of our apartments has a two-car garage that can only be reached by a car lift.

Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and with the payment of a surcharge.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, our apartments are available for individuals aged 10 and above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our apartments. However, guests are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas of the Limonaia. This policy ensures a clean, healthy and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Indulge in comfort and relaxation in our luxurious whirlpool. Featuring massaging jets and soothing LED lighting, it’s the perfect spot for unwinding – ideal for romantic evenings or light-hearted moments with friends.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings.

This policy allows us to ensure a tranquil and enjoyable environment for all guests. For longer stays, we are pleased to offer exclusive deals and special offers. Contact us to learn more.

Please take into consideration that our Limonaia is not fully wheelchair accessible.

To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage guests to inform themselves in advance about potential limitations. This ensures a worry-free and enjoyable experience for all. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time!

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total booking price. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before your arrival.

We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card. Please note that refunds are only possible if we are able to secure another reservation for the same period.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation 40 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total price.

Cancellation 28–39 days before arrival: 60% of the total price.

Cancellation 1-27 days before arrival: 90% of the total price.

To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.

An e-foil is a hydrofoil surfboard powered by an electric motor. “e-foiling” is the latest trend in the world of surfing.

E-foiling gives you the sensation of flying above the water. Carve turns like a snowboarder in fresh powder! It’s fast, silent and completely emission-free!
